A rocket is something you might have wanted to go in ever since you were very little, but what exactly is a rocket? 

The word rocket has many definitions. the most common definition is a " tall, thin, round vehicle." This is what the picture shows, it shows what most people think of which is the rocket that is launched into space.  Another definition of the word rocket is a type of engine or a vehicle that uses an engine, also shown in the picture.
